| Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On Oct. 2, 2018, the Court held a scheduled teleconference attended by Plaintiff's counsel David W. Mellott and Michael J. Meyer, Jr. and Defendant's counsel Matthew Fink. The Court expressed its concern about litigating two cases regarding the same facts in separate courts. Defendant's counsel stated that Defendant may move to transfer the case to the Southern District of New York according to a choice of forum provision in the insurance policy. The Court scheduled a follow-up teleconference for 1:45PM on Oct. 9, 2018. At that time, the parties should be prepared to inform the Court how they wish to move forward most efficiently.
