Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On Nov. 2, 2018, the Court held a Case Management Conference attended telephonically by Plaintiff Jean Lynch and her counsel Peter C. Mapley, and attended in-person by Defendants' representatives Al Francis, Daniel A. Dunlap, and Frank J. Leonbruno, and Defendants' counsel Tami Z. Hannon. The Court discussed the case with the parties. Given Plaintiff's desire for reinstatement, the Court directed Plaintiff, with guidance from her doctor, to obtain the recommended respirator by Nov. 30, 2018. The parties are then to conduct tests during the week of Dec. 3, 2018 to see whether Plaintiff (1) still has an allergic reaction to the paint and/or (2) cannot communicate effectively while wearing the respirator. The parties are to submit a Joint Status Report of their findings by 12:00PM on Dec. 10, 2018. The Court scheduled a follow-up teleconference for Dec. 11, 2018 at 9:30AM.
