| Minutes of proceedings [non-document]. The telephonic Case Management Conference was conducted on 1/17/2019 by Judge Sara Lioi. Attorney Robert Rutter participated on behalf of plaintiff; Attorney Thomas Cabral participated on behalf of defendants. No party representatives were required to participate. The Court discussed case management deadlines and the same shall issue by separate order. The Court also discussed plaintiff's continuing concern regarding diversity jurisdiction. Defendant shall supply to plaintiff's counsel whatever specific information is necessary to assure plaintiff as to the citizenship of all of the corporate and limited partnership entities. By 1/25/2019, the parties shall either file a joint statement that they are satisfied that diversity jurisdiction exists or plaintiff shall file a renewed (and updated) motion to remand, to which defendant may respond by 2/8/2019, with no reply unless ordered by the Court. If a renewed motion to remand is filed, the case management plan will proceed according to schedule while the motion is under consideration by the Court. Finally, the Court reminded counsel to submit 45-day reports to the Court and to also advise the Court if the parties wish to have the case referred for mediation.
