| Minute Order [non-document]. On July 29, 2019, the Court conducted a telephonic status conference with counsel. Attorney Chastity Christy participated on behalf of plaintiffs, Attorneys Carl Muller and Christine Snyder participated on behalf of LP Insurance Services, and Attorneys Jamie Goetz-Anderson and Robert Bowes, III participated, representing defendant Willis Towers. Counsel advised the Court that, after some initial difficulty obtaining the relevant data, the parties have engaged in some preliminary settlement discussions and requested that the Court refer this matter to mediation before the magistrate judge. Accordingly, the Court shall refer this matter to Magistrate Judge Burke for mediation to take place in September 2019. On or before August 19, 2019, and in lieu of a formal case management conference, counsel shall jointly propose in writing dates and deadlines that will govern this case in the event that it does not resolve at mediation.
