Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Magistrate Judge Thomas M. Parker. The court scheduled a hearing for February 27, 2019 on Plaintiff, Mark Dottore's motion for temporary restraining order. Mark Dottore, Attorneys Mary Whitmer, Charles Nemer, Nicholas Oleski, Robert Glickman attended the hearing on behalf of the plaintiff. John Attorelli, representative for Defendant Studio Enterprise Manager, LLC, also attended, along with attorneys, M. Colette Gibbons, Maria Carr, and Richard Cline. After the case was called, the parties advised the court that they had received information earlier in the day that could create the possibility of resolving the issues raised in the motion and/or all issues raised in the case. The parties jointly requested the opportunity to negotiate prior to going forward with the hearing. The hearing was adjourned and the parties spent the balance of the day in negotiations. At 4:45 p.m. the parties advised the court that (1) they had resolved all issues raised in the motion for injunctive relief; (2) had resolved all other issues raised in the action; (3) had drafted and signed a final settlement agreement regarding the foregoing; (4) were planning to file on February 28, 2019 a stipulation for dismissal of the action; and that (5) Receiver Mark Dottore planned to file forthwith a motion seeking court approval of the settlement in connection with the receivership case (1:19-cv-0145).
