ORDER - GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE; This matter comes before the Court on Defendant DMD Management, Inc. d/b/a Legacy Health Services' ("Legacy") Motion to Transfer Venue filed on June 3, 2019. Docket Nos. #6 & 7. Plaintiff, Wellfount Corporation ("Wellfount"), filed a response on August 20, 2019, stating it does not object to the transfer of venue to the State of Ohio. [Docket No. 9]. The Court therefore finds that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404, the Northern District of Ohio court is clearly more convenient, and transfer should be granted. Accordingly, the Court now GRANTS the Defendant's Motion to Transfer Venue, and ORDERS this matter transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Ohio.
