Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On January 13, 2020, the Court held a scheduled teleconference attended by Plaintiff's counsel Adam T. Hill and Defendant's counsel H. Toby Schisler, II. The Court inquired as to whether the parties feel they can resolve the case.
