| Minutes of proceedings [non-document]: On 2/13/2020, the Court conducted the telephonic Case Management Conference. Attorney Tracy L. Turner participated on behalf of plaintiffs and Attorney S. David Worhatch participated on behalf of defendants. The Court discussed with counsel the dates and deadlines that will appear in the Court's case management plan and trial order. Plaintiffs' counsel notified the Court of her intent to file a motion for preliminary injunction sometime in mid-March. The parties notified the Court that the case is suitable for mediation and, as such, the case is hereby referred to Magistrate Judge Kathleen Burke to conduct a mediation conference between 4/20/2020 and 5/8/2020. The parties agreed to conduct limited discovery prior to mediation. Finally, plaintiffs' counsel notified the Court that there may be some question as to whether the amount in controversy in this case is greater than $75,000.
