Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On June 15, 2020, the Court held a telephonic case management conference attended by Plaintiff Andrea Bryner; Plaintiff's counsel Brian A. Muenchenbach and Kaitlyn C. Meeks; Defendants representatives Doug Hansel and John Hedden; and Defendant's counsel Jared M. Klaus and Sara C. Schiavone. The Court discussed the status of the case and Plaintiff's claims. As a result of that conversation, the Court directed the parties to exchange documents and confer on how the case should proceed. The Court extended Plaintiff's deadline to respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, Doc #: #5 , to July 27, 2020. The Court scheduled a follow-up teleconference for July 9, 2020 at 10:00am.
