| Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On June 25, 2020, the Court held a scheduled teleconference attended by Plaintiff's counsel Thomas A. Zimmerman, Jr., Daniel M. Solar, Whitney P. Horton, and Matthew De Re and Defendant's counsel Karla L. Johnson and K. Issac DeVyver. The Court discussed the case. As a result of that discussion, the Court directed Plaintiff to determine whether her claim can be brought as a breach of contract claim and, if it cannot, amend her complaint. The Court further directed Plaintiff to amend her class action claim to provide a clear and narrow definition of the class. The parties are to confer and discuss how to conduct targeted discovery on whether Defendant summarily denies second loss mitigation applications.
