April 21, 2021 Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On April 21, 2021, the Court held a teleconference attended by plaintiff's counsel, Brian Lee; defendant's representative, Todd Nejedlo, and defendant's counsel, Shana Ortiz See and Katheryn Lloyd. The Court discussed the potential amounts owed by plaintiff to medical providers including University Hospital. The parties requested 60 to 90 days to confirm the amounts owed and to attempt to resolve the case. The parties should quickly file a protective order with the Court so that they are able to exchange documents. On or before 12:00 p.m., noon on July 6, 2021, the attorneys must file a joint status report describing the progress made towards resolving the case and identifying any specific obstacles to resolution. The Court scheduled a follow-up teleconference for Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. Teleconference instructions will be provided. Time: 12 minutes. (W,CM)
