Minute Order [non-document]. On June 28, 2021, the Court held a Zoom Case Management Conference attended by Plaintiff Pauline Holcomb; Plaintiff's counsel Daniel S. Dubow and Taurean J. Shattuck; Defendant Laura Storm (Reserve Square Leasing); Defendant's counsel Patrick Watts and Laurence J. Powers; Nancy Saric VP HR KND; and Moire M. Insurance QBE KND. The Court discussed the parties' claims and the dispute regarding Ms. Holcomb's termination. The Court strongly suggested that the parties engage in mediation and issued the parties' proposed litigation schedule with the exception of their status hearing date. Accordingly, the litigation schedule is as follows, per Doc. 7: Liability discovery deadline is January 10, 2022; Damages discovery deadline is February 14, 2022; Dispositive motions are due on March 14, 2022; the deadline to amend/add parties is July 12, 2021.
