Order and Notice of Party Dismissal. The Court has been advised by counsel of record that Plaintiff Zovko and Defendant Equifax Information Services, LLC have settled the dispute between them. Accordingly, Plaintiff Zovko's claims against Defendant Equifax Information Services are dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs, except as otherwise provided through settlement. Notice by the Clerk of Courts being hereby waived. Plaintiff Zovko's claims against Defendant Barclays Bank Delaware remain active and are unaffected by this Order.
