| Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On June 1, 2022, the Court conducted a Case Management Conference via Zoom attended by Plaintiffs representative, Erica Jackson; Plaintiff's counsel, Shaun Young; Defendant's representative, Brian Lee; Defendant's insurance representative, Thomas Wilkinson; and Defendant's counsel, Frank Leonetti. The Court inquired into the nature of the dispute and recommended settling the matter. The Court adopted the parties' proposed litigation schedule #5 and issued the following deadlines: the pleadings must be amended and/or additional parties must be added no later than October 10, 2022; fact discovery and plaintiff's expert discovery must be completed by November 30, 2022; defendant's expert discovery must be completed by January 30, 2023; and dispositive motions must be filed no later than January 30, 2023. A follow-up status conference was scheduled for August 29, 2022, at 10 a.m. The conference will be held by phone, and clients and counsel are required to attend.
