| Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On October 26, 2022, the Court conducted a Zoom case management conference attended by Plaintiff Contrell Alford and his attorney, Kevin A. Buryanek; and general counsel for defendant and defendant's counsel, Robert Poklar and Aaron Panner. The Court discussed the facts of the case and potential resolution. On or before 12:00 p.m., noon, on December 1, 2022, counsel must notify the Court if the case has settled and/or if the parties are planning to schedule a private mediation or request a referral to the magistrate judge. Counsel should e-mail this information to Law Clerk Carrie Roush (carrie_roush@ohnd.uscourts.gov) and Helen Norton (Helen_Norton@ohnd.uscourts.gov). The Court approved and adopted the parties' proposed litigation schedule. Accordingly, the deadline for amending pleadings or adding additional parties is November 16, 2022; liability and damages discovery must be completed on or before April 21, 2023; dispositive motions must be filed on or before June 9, 2023 and response and reply deadlines are according to local rules. The Court scheduled a follow-up status hearing for January 30, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., noon. Parties and counsel are required to participate.
