October 26, 2022 Minutes of proceedings [non-document] On October 26, 2022, the Court conducted a Zoom case management conference attended by Plaintiff Contrell Alford and his attorney, Kevin A. Buryanek; and general counsel for defendant and defendant's counsel, Robert Poklar and Aaron Panner. The Court discussed the facts of the case and potential resolution. On or before 12:00 p.m., noon, on December 1, 2022, counsel must notify the Court if the case has settled and/or if the parties are planning to schedule a private mediation or request a referral to the magistrate judge.
