November 4, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 3 Order: Pro se plaintiff Hope Hogya has filed a motion to proceed with this action without prepayment of fees (Doc. No. #2 ). Plaintiff failed to include a certified prisoner account statement with her application. Because Plaintiff is a prisoner in a correctional institution, she must pay the filing fee in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(b). If funds to pay the fee exist in Plaintiff's prisoner account, she is ordered to pay the full filing fee of $402 within 30 days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff does not have sufficient funds in her account to pay the full filing fee at once, she shall complete and submit the entire Financial Application attached hereto, including a certified copy of her prisoner account statement, within 30 days of the date of this Order.
