Order: Pro se plaintiff Rabbi Kohan El-Bey Ali seeks to pursue an in forma pauperis action in this Court. Ali filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") (ECF Doc. #2 ), but he did not make a sincere attempt to complete the form. Within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall either (1) pay the filing fee of $402.00, or (2) complete and file the application to proceed in forma pauperis attached to this Order. Plaintiff is cautioned that writing "0" or "N/A" in every blank of the IFP application, without any explanation of what his expenses are, and how those expenses are paid, will not suffice to correct the deficiency. Furthermore, failure to comply with this Order in the time allotted may result in denial of the application and dismissal of this action without further notice. Magistrate Judge Thomas M.
