No. #1 -2), it is not clear that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over the instant action. Specifically, it is not clear that the jurisdictional amount is satisfied in this case. Accordingly, Defendants are ordered to show cause why this matter should not be remanded for lack of jurisdiction. Defendant shall respond to this order on or before 12/15/2023; if Plaintiff wishes to file a response brief, said brief shall be due on or before 12/29/2023; any reply shall be due 1/5/2024.
