Because the government has offered to allow Eaton to redac t some irrelevant but private information from the requested performance evaluations, the parties shall submit a stipulated protective order to the Court within fourteen (14) days of this Order. The stipulated protective order should specify the reda ction scope and any other privacy limitations that the parties agree are appropriate. Eaton shall produce the requested foreign employee performance evaluations to the IRS within fourteen (14) days after the Court enters the parties' stipulated protective order. re 1 , 17 , 18 (T,A)
