On January 24, 2024, the Court conducted a video status conference and encouraged the parties to attempt to quickly resolve their case. In attendance were: Plaintiff's representatives, Gary Davis and Marcy Vinyard, with counsel, Christopher Holecek and Christopher Elko; and Defendant's representatives, Chad Armstrong and Matt Baier, with counsel, David Gourash and Charles Maier.
