Namely, Plaintiff indicates that their spouse is employed (p.2) but does not list their spouse's current employer (id.) or indicate what their spouse's average income is over the past 12 months (pp. 1-2). In addition, Plaintiff lists $20,000 in unnamed assets but does not indicate if they are liquid assets that might be used to pay the filing fee. Plaintiff is therefore directed to refile the in forma pauperis application no later than August 6, 2026, correcting the above-noted errors. So ordered. Magistrate Judge Reuben J.
