Order : Defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiffs class action claim under the CSPA be, and the same hereby is granted. Leave is granted to the plaintiff to show cause by October 31, 2008, why her individual claim under the CSPA should not be dismissed or to file a notice of dismissal without prejudice by said date; if plaintiff does not dismiss such claims, defendant shall file a response to plaintiffs show cause showing by November 17, 2008; plaintiff to reply by December 1, 2008.
