Filing 6 Memorandum Opinion and Order: Claims asserted under the Federal Tort Claims Act and claims pertaining to cell searches, lost personal property, and access to the courts are dismissed. Defendants Briggs, Eckelberry, Jenkins, Cunningham and Thom pson are dismissed. Plaintiff is directed to provide two summonses and a U.S. Marshal form for each of these Defendants within thirty (30) days of this Order. The Clerks Office is directed to mail sufficient summonses and U.S. Marshal forms to Plaintiff with a copy of this Order.
