Filing 20 Order : Defendant's motion to dismiss is denied as to plaintiff's claims under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) (Count I) and for tortious interference with contractual relations (Count IV), tortious interference with business relations, as limited herein (Count V) and defamation (Count VII). Defendant's motion to dismiss is granted as to plaintiff's claims for fraud (Count II), intentional infliction of emotional distress (Count III) and copyright infringement (Count VI).
