March 30, 2012	Filing 20 Memorandum Opinion and Order The Court hereby adopts the Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 16 ) as to Ground One, and overrules Petitioner's objections (ECF No. 17 ) as to Ground One. Regarding Ground Two, based upon the analysis abov e, Ground Two is without merit; Petitioner's objection to the absence of reference to Ground Two in the Report and Recommendation is sustained. For the reasons stated above, Petitioner's Petition for Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) is denied i n its entirety. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith, and that there is no basis upon which to issue a certificate of appealability. 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c); Fed.
