Order : Having determined the dispute was not subject to the Master CBA grievance procedures, the arbitrators acted outside their authority by issuing an award on a dispute not properly before them. For the reasons stated above, Defendant's motion to vacate the arbitration award (Doc. No. 6) is granted and Plaintiffs cross-motion to confirm the arbitration award (Doc.
