The Court, however, grants petitioner time to file his Traverse, hereby ordering it to be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. Furthermore, petitioner is relieved from sending a service copy of pleadings to the Ohio Attorney General's office that he has sent to the Court for filing in this case.
