Memorandum Opinion and Order: The decision of the Commissioner is reversed and remanded in its entirety pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Upon remand, the Commissioner shall consider whether Plaintiff meets the requirements set forth in Listing 14.09 and, based upon those findings, determine whether Plaintiff has the ability to return to his past work or perform other work in the national economy.
