Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons stated herein, the Court grants Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File a Fourth Amended Complaint (ECF No. 5 ). The Clerk of Court shall file the Fourth Amended Complaint (ECF No. 5 -1), and service of it and a summons upon the newly joined Defendants shall be attempted by Plaintiffs' counsel immediately. The Court grants Plaintiffs' Motion for Remand (ECF No. 4 ) and remands the case to the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas.
