Filing 60 Memorandum Opinion: I grant Defendant Sherrie Y. Sanders, now known as Sherrie Y. Shock's motion for summary judgment. Defendant Juanita Reiman's motion in limine to strike the Sanders affidavit is denied as moot. Plaintiff's mo tion for judicial approval of interpleader is granted.
