March 26, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 35 Memorandum Opinion : Leech's motion for leave to amend is denied. (Doc. No. 19). Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted, in part, and denied, in part. (Doc. No. 9). Specifically, I grant judgment on the pleading s to Dr. Stein on the Ohio medical malpractice claim and P.A. Stuckey on the § 1983 claim. Conversely, I deny judgment on the pleadings to P.A.
