No. 15), and his application for entry of default, (Doc. No. 18), are denied. The ODRC Defendants& #039; motion to strike Johnson's brief in opposition, (Doc. No. 17), is denied. The ODRC Defendants' motion to dismiss, (Doc. No. 8), and the NCCC Defendants' motion to dismiss, (Doc. No. 19), are granted. Johnson's claims again st the ODRC Defendants and the NEOCC Defendants are dismissed for failure to state a claim for relief, and his claims against the NCCC Defendants are dismissed because they are barred by the doctrine of res judicata. re 19 8 10 18 17 13 Judge Jeffrey J.
