Filing 11 Memorandum Opinion and Order: There being no viable First Amendment claim alleged in the complaint, the plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. Nos. 2, 4) is granted and his complaint is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e) and 1915A. The plaintiff's motion for a default judgment (Doc. No. 7) is denied as moot.
