Order of Transfer For the reasons set forth herein, the Court concludes that transfer of this matter to the Southern District of Ohio for determination is appropriate in the furtherance of justice because pertinent information and evidence related to Petitioner's conviction and sentence are more readily accessible in the federal judicial district where he was convicted.
