CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE ORDER. CMC held on 4/30/20. Case is assigned to the Standard Track with trial in JUNE 2021. Deadline for amending pleadings/adding parties: 6/19/20. Counsel are reminded to follow the amended Civil Rules re proportional discovery and civility. Counsel will stage depositions pursuant to 2015 Civil Rules amendments. See Civil Case Management Procedures (Doc. #3 at Paragraph 3). Discovery deadlines: Liability/Damages due by 11/1/20; Plaintiffs' expert disclosures due by 11/1/20, with reports due by 12/1/20; Defendants' expert disclosures due by 12/15/20, with reports due by 1/15/21. Expert depositions and dispositive motions require prior Court approval. See attached Order for briefing requirements. Failure to follow will result in Clerk striking the briefing. Counsel shall file a brief Joint Status Report by 8/31/20. Plaintiffs voluntarily dismiss the claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress (Complaint Count IV) as well as all claims in the Complaint for punitive damages. These dismissals are without prejudice. Should discovery support such claims, Plaintiffs may move Court to reinstate, and Defendants agree not to raise the statute of limitations as a bar to the renewal of those claims.
