January 5, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 Order: Plaintiff is hereby instructed to file one new amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. This amended complaint shall incorporate all of the allegations, claims, and supporting facts against all of the parties in this case in one document and will supersede any prior complaints or supplements filed with the Court, thus rendering the prior complaints and supplements null and void. Plaintiff is also instructed to provide a sufficient number of copies of the amended pleading for service on the defendants, including any newly added parties, as well as the required summonses and U.S. Marshals forms. The Court will review any new complaint the plaintiff files in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). Failure to file one consolidated amended complaint and the required copies, summonses, and U.S. Marshals forms within the time permitted in this Order may result in dismissal of this action without further notice for failure to prosecute. January 5, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 Order: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b), a filing fee in the amount of $350.00 is due. An initial payment in the amount of $38.86 is due and shall be deducted from Plaintiff's prisoner account and sent by the prison cashier's office to the Court in accordance with the instructions attached to this Order. After the initial partial fee is paid, the prison cashier's office shall continue to make deductions from Plaintiffs prisoner account in accordance with the instructions attached to this Order until the filing fee in the amount of $350.00 is paid. The Clerk is instructed to issue a copy of this Order and attached instructions, which are incorporated herein, to the Plaintiff and the prison cashier's office.
