Order of Case Dismissal as to Alfred Johnson, Sr. It is hereby ORDERED THAT: 1. For good cause shown, the plaintiff's complaint be and the same hereby is dismissed with prejudice; 2. The Clerk shall not accept for lodging or filing, any further pleadings in this case; 3. If the plaintiff undertakes to institute a separate and distinct cause of action, the complaint and other pleadings in such case shall be referred to the undersigned or another judge as provided herein to determine whether to permit the filing and; 4. The Clerk shall cause a copy of this order to be delivered to the United States Marshals, Toledo, Ohio Office for such further action as the United States Marshal Service shall deem appropriate and necessary to fulfill its duties to protect and ensure the well-being and safety of the federal judiciary personnel and others who may have cause to be in the United States Courthouse and Customs House in Toledo; 5. An appeal from this order will be futile as jurist of reason could not rationally dispute its reasoning or results. Therefore, no appeal to be allowed without prepayment of the requisite filing fee.
