Such motion shall include the nature of the conflict or other circumstance, when counsel first became aware of such conflict, and nature of such conflict i.e., appearance before another court family (or other circumstance) and if there is a conflicting coordination before the court in which the Judge before whom such engagement exists or has arisen. Counsel shall further notify if such conflict is in a state case, and I expect that every effort will have been made by counsel to be excused from such engagement. If the conflict involves a pending federal case, please provide the same information.
