| Filing 9 Case Management Conference Order. This Court reviewed the Report of Parties' Planning Meeting (Doc. #8 ) and adopts the following schedule: Case is assigned to the STANDARD track with trial in MAY 2027. Counsel are required to contact Chambers well in advance if court assistance is needed for Mediation. Counsel are reminded to follow the amended Civil Rules re proportional discovery and civility. Counsel will stage depositions pursuant to 2015 Civil Rules amendments #6 . Deadline for amending pleadings: 7/1/2026; Discovery deadlines: Liability - 12/1/2026; Damages - 12/1/2026; Expert Disclosures Deadlines: Names - 1/1/2027; Plaintiff's Reports - 1/1/2027; Defendant's Reports - 2/15/2027. Expert depositions and dispositive motions require prior Court approval. See Order for dispositive motion guidelines. Failure to follow will result in Clerk striking the briefing. Counsel shall describe in the case caption whether a motion is "opposed" or "unopposed" -- which means counsel MUST confer with opposing counsel BEFORE filing any motion -- procedural or substantive.
