Memorandum Opinion and Order: The Court GRANTS Defendants' 56 Motion for summary judgment and DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE Plaintiff's Section 1983 claims of First Amendment retaliation and false arrest against Defendants Willia ms, Damiano in their official and individual capacities and, consequently, DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE those claims against Defendant City of Youngstown as well. The Court further DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Plaintiff's state law claims of malicious prosecution, abuse of process and breach of contract. Signed by Magistrate Judge George J.
