Memorandum Opinion and Order: Plaintiff's Motion to Remand (Doc. No. 9 ) is denied. The Motion to Dismiss filed by defendants Danko and Helle (Doc. No. 10 ) is granted. The Motion to Strike the Amended Complaint (Doc. No. 15 , Part 2) is granted. The Motion to Quash Service and to Dismiss (Doc. No. 18 ) filed by ZSB and Farmers is granted. In light of this ruling, the case will proceed based on the original complaint against defendants Zurich NA and MCC. The Court will, by separ ate Order, refer the case to Magistrate Judge George Limbert for pretrial supervision, including conducting the Case Management Conference as soon as possible and preparing a Report and Recommendation on any additional dispositive motions.
