Filing 58 Memorandum of Opinion and Order Viewing Plaintiff's evidence and all reasonable inferences drawn therefrom in the light most favorable to Plaintiff, the Court concludes that there are no genuine issues of material fact and Defendants are entitled to a judgment as a matter of law on Plaintiff's § 1983 claim.
