Opinion and Order: The Court finds that defendants have improperly removed this case. Accordingly, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1447(c), the action is remanded to the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas. Plaintiffs are directed to submit for this Court's review a notice, with supporting documentation, of attorneys' fees and expenses incurred as a result of the defendants' improper removal.
