Filing 29 Memorandum Opinion and Order: The Court finds as a matter of law that plaintiff's state law claims in this case are preempted by the RLA. The Court further finds that, even if plaintiff's claims were not preempted by the RLA, defendants would be entitled to judgment as a matter of law on the merits of plaintiff's state law claims. Accordingly, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. (Related Doc # 18 ). Judge Sara Lioi on 3/27/2015. (P,J) |
