Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (ECF No. 2 ) is granted and this action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). The dismissal is w ithout prejudice to any valid state law claim Plaintiff may have under the facts alleged.
