Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiff's constitutional deliberate indifference claims are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A. His state-law negligence andmalpractice claims are dismissed without prejudice.
