November 21, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 54 Memorandum of Opinion and Order denying Plaintiff's Motion for partial summary judgment (Related Doc # 37 ) and granting in part and denying in part Defendant's Motion for summary judgment (Related Doc # 47 ). Defendant's mo tion is denied as to the taser incident, and granted as to all other Fourth Amendment issues. Therefore, going forward, the dispute will focus on the use of the taser against Plaintiff. Because Plaintiff has withdrawn Counts II and III of his claim, Defendants Lieutenant Dan Lester and Board of Trumbull County Commissioners are hereby dismissed as parties. Judge Benita Y.
