Filing 26 Memorandum of Opinion and Order for the reasons set forth herein this action is dismissed. The dismissal is without prejudice to any valid habeas corpus claim Plaintiff may have under the facts alleged. The Court denies as moot or otherwise not actionable Plaintiff's pending 25 motions to correct docketing, stay and/or rescind and/or transfer back to DC, and to order the matter to arbitration with class certification. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. Judge Benita Y. Pearson on 1/30/2017. (E,CK) |
