January 9, 2018	Filing 29 Memorandum Opinion and Order granting plaintiff's motion 26 for leave to file second amended complaint. Plaintiff shall file and serve its second amended complaint forthwith. All remaining case management cutoff dates are enlarged by sixty (60) days. The cutoff dates for all discovery and to file dispositive motions/responses /replies and stipulated facts shall be 3/16/2018, 4/23/2018, 5/23/2018, 6/6/2018, and 4/23/2018, respectively. Recently joined counsel shall review the stipulations (ECF Nos. 13 and 28 ) approved by the Court and, in not later than 7 days, inform the Court of his client's desire to join the stipulations or suggest modification. A Telephonic Status Conference is set for 2/12/2018 at 4:00 p.m. The conference will be conduced via telephone unless circumstances require otherwise. Lead counsel must be present unless excused by the Court upon written motion. Parties' attendance is welcome, but not mandatory.
