Filing 58 Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, all John Doe Defendants are dismissed as parties pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 21. In addition, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 34 ) is granted in part an d denied in part. Specifically, summary judgment is granted in favor of Defendants on the following claims: (1) federal-law hostile work environment between 2011 and 2014, (2) state-law invasion of privacy for the March 2014 disclosure of medical in formation, (3) federal- and state-law sex discrimination based on the July 2014 transfer to the Family Service Investigation Unit, (4) federal- and state-law discrimination based on the February 2015 promotion and demotion, (5) federal- and state-law retaliation based on the February 2015 promotion and demotion, (6) federal- and state-law retaliation based on the March 2015 discipline, (7) First Amendment retaliation based on the October 2017 discipline, and (8) state-law intentional infliction of emotional distress. The following claims shall persist: (1) state-law hostile work environment between August 15, 2011, and mid-2014, (2) federal- and state-law retaliation based on the July 2014 transfer to the Family Service Investigation Unit, and (3) federal- and state-law Title VII and Chapter 4112 retaliation based on the October 2017 discipline.
